I like the taste and the strong ginger flavor in the mouth and throat. Because it is coated with sugar, the ingredients says Ginger (55%) and sugar, I can take the whole chunk, it melts easily while chewing the ginger bits. I just took 3 cubes one after the other in less than 2 minutes and the ginger taste still there after 5 minutes. Not bad for a healthy snack.
DON'T LIKE:
As I am concern on the sugar probably a lesser sugar content would make difference.
